What is the minimum amount I can order?

I am happy to cut any length you require. Please type the length that you would like in the box ‘Choose the length required’   Leave the purple ‘quantity’ box as 1. For example:

0.25 = 25 cm

0.5   = 50 cm

0.75 = 75cm

1.5    = 1.5m  etc

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Paypal, credit card, bank deposit or cash on pickup.  After pay is also available. You will have the option to choose in checkout.  All details are kept confidential.

How fast is the shipping?

Most items will be posted within 24 working hours, however please allow up to 48 hours when times are busy.  Almost all items are sent with Australia Post however some bulkier purchases may go with Sendle.  All parcels besides standard post envelopes (up to 2.5m of cotton fabric only) will have tracking.  Tracking numbers will be recorded on your ‘Order Sent’ notice.

Please note that as we are in Western Australia, post can take up to 2 weeks to arrive in the Eastern States.

 

Where are you based?

I work from my home in Pinjarra, WA.  I am very happy to receive visitors. Please contact me first to arrange a convenient time.

Do you allow pick-up?

Yes – I am very happy for anyone to come to my home work room to purchase or pick up fabrics. I can accept cash, credit card, bank deposit or paypal. Please contact me on 0407 555 489 or admin@fabriclane.com.au to arrange a convenient time.

Will my fabric come as one length?

Yes – All fabric will come in a continuous length when more than one quantity is purchased unless otherwise advised.

What happens when items are lost during shipping?

Lost items are very rare, and all parcels except standard envelope (quilt cotton under 2.5m) comes with staandard tracking.  No liability is accepted by Fabric Lane for items lost by Australia Post, however we will endeavour to work with to to provide a fair outcome should a package go missing. For large purchases, I recommend paying an extra $3 postage to send with signature tracking (available as on option at checkout)

Is tax included in your prices?

At this point, Fabric Lane is not registered for GST, so there are no extra costs to the price of the fabric.
